Good pressure and Bad pressure

Good pressure and Bad pressure

1. What pressures are you under?

  • An external pressure is that the health of my family is not the best right now, and an internal pressure is all the homework that costs a lot to do.

2. Is all pressure bad, or can some pressures be good?

  • There are some pressures that are positive like having the pressure of getting a grade you have secured.

3. In what ways are the pressures on you changing as you get older?

  • More than anything the school is the more pressure because the good grades are essential for your future.

4. What are the most serious pressures you are feeling?

  • The pressure of the bad health of my family

5. Are most of the pressures you feel internal pressures or external pressures? What’s the difference?

  • I always have more external pressures because of the situation in my house, the difference is that an external pressure is when you cannot change nothing whatever you do and an internal pressure is when you can change it and stop being pressure for something.

6. Can you think of a time when you felt like you were getting a lot of pressure from others, but it turned out that you were actually putting that pressure on yourself?

  • Yes, when I do a quiz I pressure myself to do my best and I feel pressured from others to get a good grade or I will have a punishment
